He has extensive (>25 years) experience in fire & safety inspection programs, firefighting/EMS budget, staffing and response analysis, risk analysis, water supply analysis, complex accidents and fires, fire and building code compliance, risk analysis, and fire investigation. He has worked on federal, state and private projects in various locations. Currently licensed in CO, CA, NC, WY, NV, MN and Idaho.
